After your consultation we will liase with a building certifier , going over your plans to make sure the design meets the requirements to gain council approval (valued at $350)
We will prepare a detailed proposal and specifications of your project (approx 8hrs )Once we have this prepared with will organise another meeting to go through your proposal with you (valued at $630)
